Abstract:
PURPOSE:To readily shape and manufacture a rotary electric machine which has a large laminate of a core by forming a stator mechanism and mounting a core, mounting the core in a mold, filling resin and curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:A winding 10 is mounted on a hollow core 9, and a stator mechanism 11 is composed. A core 12 is inserted into the hollow portion of the core 9 of the mechanism 11, and the mechanism 11 is contained in molds 13a, 13b by utilizing the end of the core 12. The core 12 is axially passed through the core 9, and the end is interposed between the dividing surfaces 14 of the molds 13a, 13b. Resin is filled in the molds 13a, 13b, and cured.
