PURPOSE: To allow a melt to overflow from the overflow port in the upper part of a containing tank at a specified rate and to prevent inclusion of air by moving a piston-like melt extruding member upward and downward at every prescribed pitch into a melt containing tank of a cylindrical shape facing vertically.
CONSTITUTION: A melt extruding member 7 is set at the descending end and a melt is filled in a containing tank 5. A receiver 10 is placed on a frame 6, and a motor 16 is run to rotate a rotary cam body 15 one turn in one direction. Then, a cam follower 13 fitted to a driving shaft 12 engaged with the tapered part of a cam groove 14 and ascends and is then positioned in a horizontal part thereof. Here, a dog 18 mounted to an output shaft 17 engages with a limit switch, and the revolution of the motor 16 is stopped by the signal emitted by said switch. Therefore, the member 7 is moved upward simultaneously when the follower 13 ascends along the tapered part of the groove 14 to allow the melt in the tank 5 to overflow from an overflow port 5A, thereby streaming the same through a trough 9 into the receiver 10.
