Title:
READER PRINTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60185943
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain high resolving power by returning the 1st scanning unit during returning operation before the 2nd scanning unit and preventing a copy cycle from becoming longer, and performing scanning exposure while an image is already enlarged and projected and thus reducing the influence of oscillations in scanning movement.

CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive drum 17 is exposed to an image of a microfilm 0 successively through an exposure slit 19 as scanning units 10 and 11 scan, and the image after being developed by an element for image formation is transferred to transfer paper P successively by a transfer charger 19 and then fixed from the front end of the transfer paper P by a fixing device 15. When a sensor S2 installed near a separation charger 22 confirms that the separation of the transfer paper P is completed at E, only the 1st scanning unit 10 begins to return and the 2nd scanning unit 11 stays in a stop state until the fixation of the transfer paper P is completed. In this case, the 1st scanning unit 10 moves faster from F to G than during its forward movement.
