Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous operation of an operator by detecting the operation of a plant operator in the initial stage and comparing it with an operation adequate to the operation state of a plant to make it impossible that the operator performs operations which should not be performed. CONSTITUTION:A switch operation by the operator is detected by a manual operation detector 10 and is inputted as an operation detection signal to a discriminating device 14. Meanwhile, a plant operation state detector 16 detects the state of apparatus and inputs it as an operation state detection signal 18 to the discriminating device 14. When receiving the operation detection signal 12 and the operation state detection signal 18, the discriminating device 14 retrieves an adequate operation data base 20 and compares contents of this data base with detection signals to discriminate whether the detected manual operation is adequate or not. If it is discriminated that the manual operation is not adequate, an operation suppressing signal 34 is inputted to an operation suppressing device in the manual operation detector 10 to make the performed erroneous operation ineffective. The occurrence of the erroneous operation is displayed on a display device 24.
