Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a brushless motor, to save the material and to stabilize the quality of the motor by forming a plurality of recesses on an annular armature core and winding coils of respective phases in th recesses. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 14 is secured to the center of a rotary field 12. An armature core 18 is composed by forming a magnetic unit of plate shape substantially in an annular shape, is bent at the winding unit of the prescribed coil different in the prescribed height, an electrically insulating film is formed on the surface, and coils 3 of the respective phases are wound on the film. The coils 3 of the phases are wound to be contained in the height or lower of the core 18. A pawl 22 for securing a frame 21 is formed on the outer periphery of a substrate 15.
