Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject vegetable, boiled down in soy, prevented from losing shape in boiling, excellent in keeping quality and good in chewiness by mixing and boiling a dried carrot reconstituted with water with a fruit and leaf of raw Guinea pepper, a raw beefsteak plant leaf and boiled juice thereof and a seasoning in a specific proportion.

CONSTITUTION: The objective vegetable boiled down in soy is obtained by mixing and boiling a sliced and dried raw carrot reconstituted with water, a boiled and cut fruit and leaf of raw Guinea pepper, a leaf of a boiled raw beefsteak plant and a soup thereof, soy sauce and other seasonings. The weight ratios of the ingredients based on 1 raw carrot are 0.2-0.4 fruit of the raw Guinea pepper, 0.4-0.6 leaf of the raw Guinea pepper, 0.4-0.6 leaf of the raw beefsteak plant and 0.8-1.5 soup of the beefsteak plant.
