Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the heat-exchange performance of the titled heat exchanger without using attached devices such as a blower and the like by causing one laminated member of a heat exchange body provided at both ends of a heat pipe with first and second heat exchange fin laminated members, to act as a turbine and another laminated body as a suction fin.

CONSTITUTION: The heat exchange body 15 is integrally provided at one end of the heat pipe 12 with a first heat exchange fin laminated member 13 and at another end thereof with a second heat exchange fin laminated member 14. The first heat-exchange fin laminated member 13 is constituted in such a manner that a plurality of disc-shaped fins 18 each having integrally a large number of swirl vanes 17 around a central opening 16, are inserted through and laminated on one end of the heat pipe 12, and an outer cylinder 19 is provided in the outer periphery of the first heat-exchange laminated member 18. Similarly, the second heat-exchange fin laminated member 14 is constituted such that a plurality of disc-shaped fins 18 are inserted through and laminated on another end of the heat pipe 18, and an outer cylinder 20 is provided in the outer periphery of the second heat-exchange fin laminated member 14. Here, the disc- shaped fins 18 of the first and second heat-exchange fin laminated members 13 and 14 are respectively laminated in the opposite direction, and are caused to act as suction fins and turbine fins. The interior of the case 11 is partitioned into a heat receiving chamber 26 and a heat discharging chamber 27 by a partitioning plate 21.
