Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical strength of a motor by integrally forming a yoke and poles. CONSTITUTION:A stator 11 in which a yoke 12 and auxiliary poles 13 mounted in parallel in the rotating direction of the inner periphery of the yoke 12 are integrally formed, is formed by cold-forging a pipelike material formed of a soft steel material and press-forging the material. Thus, the mechanical strength can be improved, the number of parts is decreased, and the yield of the material is improved.
