The detection cell (D) is connected to a fuel-gas bottle (8) having a valve (10) associated with a pusher (12) operated by means of an additional button (15) which also controls the activation of an additional voltage source (III) and of a galvanometer (6) having an additional oxygen-measuring graduation (6B). Uncertainty about the measurement provided by the explosion-measuring graduation (6A) is reduced by the oxygen measurement.
