Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently remove moisture from an electronic part by removing water drops stuck to the electronic part by suction.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electronic parts 1 washed with water are caused to move in a direction of arrow 4 as they are held by a tape 2. When the electronic parts 1 pass over a suction nozzle 3, water drops stuck to the electronic parts 1 are removed by means of a sucking action. As the result, moisture can be removed from the electronic parts with ease, reducing the overall requirement of time incidental to the drying treatment of electronic parts.
