PURPOSE: To obtain a simple, compact device and to shorten its operation by supporting slanting trays for placing forms by a pole, and drawing out formed by a stapler when the pole moves and reaches the stapler and sliding down the forms into a receiving dish.

CONSTITUTION: When forms are stored in respective trays 3 of the sorter, the pole 4 moves up and down and the trays 3 are reached to position of the stapler 1 and stopped. The stapler 1 moves forth and back to staple forms 2. Then, the stapler 1 moves back to move the forms 2 backward. When the stapler 1 is opened to release the forms 2, the forms 2 slide down into the receiving dish because the trays slant. Consequently, the device is made simple and compact and its operation time is shortened.
