PURPOSE: The titled boiled fish meat paste that is made using the stock made from ARAME (a kind of sea weed: Eisenia bicyclis) as a seasoning, but no chemical seasoning.

CONSTITUTION: ARAME, a sea weed containing glutamic acid, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and minerals such as iron or iodides is boiled to prepare the stock. Namely, ground fish meat is combined with seasonings such as sugar, MIRIN (sweetened Japanese SAKE) and the stock of ARAME and they are kneaded, mixed with chocolate paste, formed and steamed to give the objective boiled fish meat paste. Instead of the chocolate above-mentioned, boiled rice, cheese, yogurt or soybean milk may be used.
