PURPOSE: To obtain interior furnishing material with excellent resistance to wear and proper moisture absorption and resistance to water by attaching the resin film in which cellulose dry fine powder aggregate is mixed, to the car interior furnishing member surface through an adhesive agent and pressurizing, molding, and integrating the film.

CONSTITUTION: Film 1 is attached on the surface of base material 2 such as the cushion material of a seat through an adhesive agent and the film 1 is pressed by a proper pressurizing means, molded, and simultaneously integrated tightly. In this case, the said film 1 is molded by mixing the aggregate 1a of cellulose in which 100W150 meshes are formed into exceedingly fine powder, especially timer powder witin the range of 5W40wt%. Besides, the mixing capacity is properly determined depending on the desired resistance to wear characteristics and moisture absorption characteristics. As a result, interior finish material can be obtained with excellent resistance to wear, proper moisture absorption and resistance to water, and good touch.
