PURPOSE: To perform good printing without causing flow of ink on the side of a long object, e.g., rubber hose, etc., by a simple structure in which the shape of any one of an ink supply roller, a plate cylinder, and a transfer roller is made into a trancated conical trapezoidal form.

CONSTITUTION: An ink supply roller 3 dipped in an ink container 2, a plate cylinder 4 to be touched by the inclined periphery of the ink supply roller 3, and a transfer roller 5 to be touched by the rubber stamp 4a of the plate cylinder 4 and a rubber hose 1 are turned at almost same circumferential speed and offset printing is made. Volatile ink can be easily pulled up of the ink container 2 and transfer printing is made in the longitudinal direction on the side of a rubber hose 1 without the need to flow and dry ink.
