PURPOSE: To dispense with other heat source such as a combustor at the time of heating when outside temperature is low, by supplying heat from solar heat collected by a collector in a device which utilizes a heat pump and solar heat collector.
CONSTITUTION: The device 1 comprises a heat pump 4 having the first and second heat exchangers 2, 3, the first heat medium circulating circuit 5 which exchanges heat with a heat pump 4, a heat storage circuit 6 which exchanges heat individually with the heat exchanger 2 and 3, a hot water storage circuit 7 which exchanges heat with the heat storage circuit 6 and the second heat medium circulation circuit 8 which supplies solar heat to both circuits 6 and 7. At the time of heating when outside temperature is low, hot water heated by solar heat collected by a collector 32 is supplid by means of hot water pump 38 to a heat storage tank 15 which is supplied to the heat pump 4 as an axuiliary heat source via the heat exchanger 2, facilitating heating operation.
