PURPOSE: To shorten a mounted tact for reducing equipment cost by making the position of an electronic part attract to a suction nozzle in contact with the inner surface of sunken sections prepared in taping tape for housing an electronic part to control.
CONSTITUTION: A suction nozzle 5 moves in the vertical direction as arrow head Z shows to attract an electronic part 6 at the tip thereof by suction, moves in the horizontal direction as arrow head X shows, and uses the inner wall surfaces of sunken sections 7a prepared in taping tape 7 that house electronic parts 6 to control the inclination of electronic parts. Next, the suction nozzle 5 moves in the depth direction as arrow head Y shows to control a position of suction nozzle 5 for attracting an electronic part, then moves in the central direction shown by arow head a on taping tape 7, and takes a electronic part 6 out of sunken sections 7a. Next, the suction nozzle 5 holds attracting the taken out electronic part 6, and mounts it onto the circuit board 9 that has traveled on a board conveying rail 8.
