Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stop a motor in emergency when one circuit of a circuit for detecting a current flowed to the motor while a braking function is released and a circuit for detecting an output frequency command value is operated by providing the both circuits. CONSTITUTION:A detector 17 for detecting the noncontrol state due to a defect of an inverter control itself and a detector 16 for detecting that a motor becomes the noncontrol state due to a malfunction in a calculator by monitoring a command for deciding the angular frequency applied to the motor are provided. When any of the outputs of the detectors 16, 17 outputs an H signal, an AND circuit 20 outputs when the logic product of the H signal and the output of a detector 19 is produced, thereby starting a drive circuit 22 to control to close a switch 21. Thus, an electromagnetic brake 4 is driven to brake an elevator 5, thereby stopping it in emergency.
