PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for mechanical adjustment, and to eliminate an angle error, by processing electric angle information in accordance with timing information and a control parogram stored in memories, and generating a set or reset output.
CONSTITUTION: External mechanical angle information is converted into electric angle information by an angle detector 2. This electric angle information is converted by a code converting circuit 5, and then decided by a CPU10 by using timing information and a control program stored in a nonvolatile memory 7 and a fixed memory 6. Namely, the output is set when the angle information is in the on area of the set timing information, or reset when in the off area. Then, a latch circuit 12 is set or reset by said output.
