Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain surely sufficient welding strength with reduced welding time, by causing the synthetic resin which is capable of welding to soft polychloride vinyl resin (PVC) and has the melting point lower than that of said PVC to intervene therebetween, when said vinyl resins PVC are mutually welded by high frequency welder process.
CONSTITUTION: When PVC sheet or its product is welded to PVC sheet or its product, or to fiber cloth by a high frequency welder, the layer of the synthetic resin (e.g. polyurethane family or polyester family hot melt with 80W190°C melting point, etc.) is cuased to intervene in between said welding surfaces, and they are welded together.
USE: Welding of a vinyl boat, welding of a mark to vinyl sheet, etc.
