PURPOSE: To prevent temperature rise by increasing the heat radiation from a metal case as well as to obtain excellent characteristics for the titled high frequency coil by a method wherein a pot core is made to cover from above on the hour-glass type high frequency magnetic core on which a coil is wound, and a metal case having a plurality of protrusions on the outer circumference of the core is made to cover thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of protrusions 7a are provided on the outer circumferential face of a metal case, and the metal case is made to cover from above on an hour-glass type high frequency magnetic core 3 which is coated by a pot core 6, attached to the terminal plate 2 whereon a terminal 1 is erected. Each part of a coil (an hour-glass type high frequency magnetic core 3 and a terminal plate 2) are adhered using a bonding agent and the like, and the mteal case 7, the pot core 6 and the terminal plate 2 are also adhered using a bonding agent and the like. Also, the metal case 7 is sometimes fixed by press-fitting the pot core 6 as circumferences require.
