PURPOSE: To provide an excellent anti-slip effect on the surface of a wooden base material without the loss in the decorativeness of said surface by forming a micro-rugged transparent or semitransparent resin film between the primer paint and finish paint to be coated on the surface of the base material.

CONSTITUTION: A primer paint 2 is preliminarily coated on the surface of a wooden base material, and after the painted surface is dried and polished, a micro-rugged resin film 3 having about 50W500μ depth is formed by silk screen printing, etc., on the surface of the paint 2. A liquid mixture composed of a body pigment which is made transparent or semitransparent when mixed with a resin and curing type ink which maintains the ruggedness without being erased by the succeeding finishing pigment is used as ink for forming the resin film. After the film 3 is formed in such a way, a finish paint 4 such as urethane, aminoalkyd or the like is coated on the surface and is dried and cured by a dryer.
