PURPOSE: To attain adjustment from the front side of a board by providing plural connecting lands in pairs respectively to provide a bridge line opposite to slot lines at the back side of a both side circuit and also orthogonal to the said lines to the front side of the board.
CONSTITUTION: An L-shaped line 2 and a straight line 3 are provided on the surface of a ceramic board mounted and fixed on a metallic carrier 9' provided with a hole storing a rear cover 16, and slot lines 4, 5 and a beam read diode in the vicinity of the connecting part of the said lines are connected similarly to the rear side. The plural lands 14, 14' in pairs respectively to provide the bridge line 13 opposite to and orthogonal to the slot line 5 while clipping the board 1 are provided. Thus, the amplitude and phase deviation produced by variation of characteristics of the beam read diode or difference of the mounting location are adjusted to a normal characteristic by the said line 13. Thus, the characteristic of the slot lines at the rear side is adjusted from the front side in this way.
