PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic recording/reproducing device having high durability and stability by using a conductor consisting of a metallic bar to connect a magnetic head and a recording/reproducing circuit.

CONSTITUTION: External terminals 3aW3d are provided at the lower part of a magnetic head 1 containing a magnetic core 1a. A cylindrical rotor 2b, i.e., an attachment body of the head 1 have a hole 6 at its center for attachement of the head 1. Furthermore holes 8aW7d are formed under the hole 6 for matching with terminals 3aW3d respectively. The external signal circuits, i.e., conductor electrodes 5a and 5b which are connected to a magnetic recording/reproducing device are inserted to the holes 7aW7d.
