PURPOSE: To make the way of use much easier by providing a speech control part equipped with at least a speech storage part, counter part, and address part, and letting a user know the contents of an explanation field vocally.

CONSTITUTION: The speech control part consists of at least the speech storage part 27, counter part 28, and address part 29. The contents of the explanation entry field 35 are shown vocally to the user in order by the speech control part 26 through a speaker 31. For example, when a logical control part 1 judges that the user is expected to find a favorite hotel next, a speech "Press the search button until your desired hotel is displayed." stored in the storage part 27 is taken out of an address part 29, its output period is determined by the counter part 28, and the speech is amplified by an amplifier 30 and output from the speaker 31. Consequently, the way of use is made much easier.
