Abstract:
PURPOSE:To let an engine come into a state of being rotated at the desired low speed all the time with one's hand kept apart from an accelerator lever, by making up a regulating device, stopping rotation of the accelerator lever in the point midway in the rotation, into such a spring member as being stronger than a return spring. CONSTITUTION:A boss part 20 of an accelerator lever 2 rotates crosswise centering on a fulcrum shaft 21, while a lower end of an extension part 2a extending downward is linked via a link rod 22 and then connected to a wire 11b of a linking mechanism 11. And, a regulating device 6 is one that makes rotation at the return side by a return spring of the accelerator lever 2 gets stopped at the desired intermediate position, therefore it uses such a plate spring 60 as having stronger spring pressure than that of the return spring. With this constitution, when unhanding the accelerator lever 2, a butting plate 51 is butted to an upper end of the plate spring 60 whereby it stops in the point midway in rotation at the return side by the return spring, rotation an engine at the desired speed by selection of a position of the upper end of the plate spring 60.
