PURPOSE: To provide a temporary hair dye for fashion dyeing, capable of dyeing the hair in bright natural color compared with the original hair color, and enabling the smooth combing and brushing without stiffening the hair, by using colored mica, a specific amount of a silicone oil and a lubricant as the basic components.

CONSTITUTION: The objective hair dye contains as the basic components comprising (A) a colored mica such as titanium mica, titanium mica treated with iron oxide, titanium mica treated with chromium oxide, etc. (the maximum dimension is 5W60μm and the thickness is 0.1μm), (B) 20W100wt% (based on the colored mica) dimethyl polysiloxane and/or methylphenyl polysiloxane having a viscosity of 10W50cs, and (C) a solvent, preferably an aliphatic lower alcohol (especially ethanol) or an equeous solution containing the alcohol at a concentration of ≥60wt%.
