Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the processing efficiency of business by using a magnetic card which records the member register data to clear after a race is over. CONSTITUTION:A racen fan is first registered to a public race association, etc. and receives the magnetic card. The fan, on site of a stadium, makes the magnetic card read at the read/write part 4 of a terminal device provided at the race stadium and inputs a personal secret number, a desired race number, an amount, etc. by means of key operation. If the pari-mutuel data hits the result of a race, the fan inserts the personal magnetic card into the part 4 to store the data temporarily at a storage part 8. A repayment corresponding to the pari- mutuel hit is expected to be transferred to a bank account which is designated by the member register data of the magnetic card.
