Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure the uniform and soft airtightness and to obtain proper rigidity along with a lightening of weight of a vibrating plate, by forming a metallic layer on the surface of the base material of the vibrating plate obtained by laminating a polyurethane resin film on the base cloth.
CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane resin film 13 is formed on the surface of the mold releasing paper 9, and then an adhesive layer 16 is formed on the surface of the film 13. Then the film 13 is adhered to a base cloth 17 by means of an adhesive 16 to obtain a base material 20 of a vibrating plate. A metallic layer 21 is formed on the surface of the film 13. Then the vibrating substrate 20 is heated and pressed to be formed into a dome shape.
