Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of a device number setting circuit, by obtaining the perfect coincidence information only when the information of all device numbers coincide with each other.

CONSTITUTION: In order to set the same device number information, ≥2 units of strap circuits 100 and 200 are provided. Then the device number information set at the circuits 100 and 200 are compared with each other through the 1st coincidence circuit 300. At the same time, the device number information set at the circuit 100 is compared with the device number information given from an upper device via bit lines 40-1W40-n through the 2nd coincidence circuit 400. The 3rd coincidence information showing the perfect coincidence is delivered through an AND circuit 500 only when the all device number information coincides.
