CONSTITUTION: The solution A of an antistatic agent or the like in the vessel 11 of a bubbling member 10 is bubbled by air from an air-ejecting pipe 12 inserted into it. The bubbled solution A is introduced into a pipe-shaped applying member 20 connected to the member 10 and ejected as bubbles through a proper number of nozzles 21 provided at the side of the member 20 facing to a workpiece to be treated such as an expanded sheet s. When the width of the sheet S or the like is large, uniform application can be performed by making the size of the nozzles 21 larger as they are apart from the bubbling part.
