Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a DC voltage generator by connecting a changeover switch and a ground switch between the first condenser connected to a rectifier and the second condenser connected in parallel with a sample unit, thereby composing an inverter. CONSTITUTION:One terminal of the first condenser C1 is charged to positive by a rectifier D in the state that switches DS1, DS2, ES1, ES2 are opened. When the switches DS1, ES1 are closed, the second condenser C2 is charged, and positive voltage is applied to a sample unit TO. When the switches ES1, ES1 are then opened, the switches DS1, DS2, ES1, ES2 becomes open state. Then, when the switches ES1, DS2 are closed, a circuit for charging the second condenser C2 is formed, thereby inverting the polarity. Negative voltage is applied to the unit TO by this inversion of the polarity.
