Abstract:
PURPOSE:To continuously adjust the rotational speed of an output shaft of the subject controller by adjusting the quantity of operating oil of the fluid joint by a balance valve. CONSTITUTION:The pressure of operating oil acting on a balance valve 24 mounted on a fluid joint is adjusted continously and stepwisely from zero to a pressure required for closing holes 16 and 16' for exhausting the operating oil within the vane wheel chamber of the balance valve 24. An output shaft 4 is held at a set rotational speed by continously or stepwisely changing the quantity of exhaust operating oil through oil exhaust holes 16 and 16' and controlling the quantity of operating oil within the vane wheel chamber.
