PURPOSE: To apply a command to an operating system on the basis of the input of a simplified command by constituting a catalog by adding a number to a command, and after loading the file of the catalog, retrieving and executing the command corresponding to the inputted number.

CONSTITUTION: An internal storage device 22 stores a comand to load a catalog file 23 from a terminal equipment 21 to an internal storage device 25. When being started, a circuit 28 loads the file 23 from an external storage device to the device 25 and stores the loading in a flag 30 of a circuit 26. If it is necessary to execute the command in the file 23, the number added to the command is inputted from the equipment 1. Since the sircuit 26 stores the loading of the file 23 in its flag 30, the circuit 26 starts a circuit 29 by regarding the inputted number as the number added to the loaded command and retrieves the command assigned by the number. The circuit 29 executes the retrieved command from the input of the equipment 21.
