Abstract:

PURPOSE: Raw hamburgers are vacuum packed and stored by refrigeration, thus preventing these hamburgers from changing in their meat color and texture during their sotrage.

CONSTITUTION: Raw hamburgers are made into a desired shape by a usual method and directly vacuum packed or thightly sealed, then vacuum packed or, preferably thightly sealed or vacuum packed before frozen, then they are stored under refrigeration.
