PURPOSE: To improve the visibility of a walker's pushbutton type controller signboard by arranging a daylight switch for opening/closing an electric circuit for a light emitting device for displaying the display part of the signboard by light irradiation on a signboard part body.

CONSTITUTION: The light emitting device 4 such as an incandescent lamp or a fluorescent lamp to be turned on/off by opening/closing the electric circuit by the action of the daylight switch 3 is arranged in the signboard part body 1 to constitute the signboard 5. In daylight, the electric circuit is opened by the switch 3 and the light emitting device 4 of the signboard 5 is not turned on, and when the periphery of the signboard 5 is darkened, the switch 3 is driven, the electric circuit is opened, current is supplied to the light emitting device 4 and characters such as 'WALKER'S PUSHBUTTON' displayed on the display part 2 of the signboard 5 are displayed so as to light up by light radiated from the device 4. Thereby, a walker at night can easily recognize the signboard of the walker's pushbutton type controller.
