Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the corrugated fin forming cutter of long life and its manufacturing method by eliminating the deviation of fitting precision of the gear shape blade and eliminating early time wear of the acute angle cutting blade of the blade.
CONSTITUTION: Only a louver relief surface 13 of an acute angle blade part 12 is uniformly coated with a hard coating film 4 in the thickness of 2μm-5μm. And in the manufacture, the acute angle blade parts 12 of the gear shape blade 2 are alternately superimposed in the opposite direction and the acute angle blade part is made to the obtuse angle shape. Next, after a gear like blade 7 for masking is attached on both end surfaces, overall front surface is uniformly coated with the hard material.
