Abstract:

To dispense with machining for providing a rod with a regulating surface for positioning a whirl-stop member for stopping an eccentric pin having an eccentric shaft part in an adjust position in a toe angle adjusting mechanism of a wheel in a vehicle.

This steering device 1 include a hydraulic cylinder 5 disposed in a rear axle beam 2, a steering knuckle 4 supporting wheels 3, and tie rods 8 for connecting a piston rod 6 of the hydraulic cylinder 5 to the steering knuckles 4. Fixing plates 10 for whirl-stopping an eccentric pin 9 for connecting the piston rod 6 and the tie rod 8 and an eccentric pin 9 for connecting the steering knuckle 4 and the tie rod 8 in the respective adjust positions are fitted so that both eccentric pins 9 are connected by fitting to hexagonal fitting parts of both eccentric pins 9.
