To provide a toilet bowl device that suppresses scattering of droplets during washing and further cleans a surface of a bowl with almost no influence from the outside.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device 1 that discharges washing water to a bowl, provided that a toilet cover is closed comprises: a bubble mixing part 30 that mixes bubbles into the washing water; a drug mixing part 33 that mixes a drug into the washing water; and a control part 5 that prohibits an opening operation of the toilet cover from start of washing with the washing water to specified timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
