Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device suppressing oscillation of a toilet seat or a toilet lid when the toilet seat or the toilet lid reaches a full opening angle through electrically-driven opening/closing.SOLUTION: A toilet device includes: a body part rotatably pivoting a toilet seat or a toilet lid; an electrically-driven opening/closing mechanism electrically opening/closing the toilet seat or the toilet lid by applying the driving force of a motor to the toilet seat or the toilet lid; an assist unit energizing the toilet seat or the toilet lid in an opening direction; and a control part controlling the operation of the motor. A torque in an opening direction, to be added to the rotary shaft of the toilet seat or the toilet lid by the assist unit is smaller than a torque in a closing direction by the self-weight of the toilet seat or the toilet lid, in a first area from a full closing angle to a prescribed angle, and larger than a torque in a closing direction in a second area from a prescribed angle to a full opening angle. The control part applies a brake force for braking the rotation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid from the motor to the toilet seat or the toilet lid in the second area when opening the toilet seat or the toilet lid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
