To provide a toilet lid cover having a high fitting property to a toilet lid without impairing the function of a toilet seat warmer with a shower or the function of a toilet bowl, and also having high productivity.
The toilet lid cover is attached to a lid of a Western style toilet bowl in such a way as to cover the lid from the upper side. The toilet lid cover includes a toilet lid cover body, hooks to be engaged with the peripheral edge of the lid of the Western style toilet bowl, and strap-shaped elastic members to which the hooks are attached at the front ends. The elastic members are sewn at right and left symmetrical positions of the toilet lid cover body, and the front ends of the elastic members to which the hooks are attached are directed inward of the toilet lid cover body.
