Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet roll comprising a sheet excellent in softness without reduction of a basis weight, and having a long wound length per roll while maintaining decorative properties exhibited by embossments, and excellent space saving properties at a time of carrying and storing.SOLUTION: The toilet roll comprises 1-ply embossed toilet paper wound in a roll form, the toilet roll having a wound length of 110 to 185 m, a wound diameter of 104 to 134 mm, a wound density of 1.1 to 1.9 m/cm, and a ratio {(D2/D1)×100} between an emboss depth D1 (mm) and an emboss depth D2 (mm) of 45 to 100%. The emboss depth D1 is a depth of the embossment at a position corresponding to 10% of the wound length from the edge of the toilet paper of an outermost wound when the toilet roll is unwound, and the emboss depth D2 is a depth of the embossment at a position corresponding to 90% of the wound length from the edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
