PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device and a support device that can rapidly reach a uniform temperature.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat internally including a chamber; a heat source arranged in the chamber; and a heat conducting member arranged in the chamber and connected to the heat source to conduct heat generated by the heat source to the toilet seat so that the toilet seat reaches a uniform temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
