Abstract:

To reliably engage a front end part of a sensor unit to a cover.

A toilet seat device A includes a cover 11 having a window hole 17 opening formed from an upper surface to a front surface and a sensor unit 30 attached to the cover 11 so as to cover the window hole 17. A front end part of the sensor unit 30 is engaged to the cover 11 by mounting a ceiling surface 36 facing the lower part of a step part 35 of the sensor unit 30 on a front edge part 17F of the window hole 17 and facing an abutting surface 37 which faces a front side of the step part 35 by facing the abutting surface 37 against an inner surface of the cover 11 or approximating the abutting surface 37 to the inner surface from the back. In the sensor unit 30 and the cover 11, guide parts 24A to 24E and 45A to 45E are formed for guiding the sensor unit 30 forward in a process for attaching the sensor unit 30 to the cover 11.
