Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat, a toilet lid unit, and a western style toilet in which two toilet dumper devices with directivity can be used and assembled with two of same shape and structure on both right and left sides as they are.
SOLUTION: This toilet seat/toilet lid unit is equipped with a case 52 which has a through hole at the center, a cover 54 which is fit with the case 52 and has a hole 53 at the center, a rotor 55 which is fit into the through hole 51 and the hole 53, put between the case 52 and the cover 54, and integrally and rotatably engaged with a support shaft 19 to be the rotation support of turning members 11, 12 for the toilet, viscous oil 56 filled in a space surrounded by the case 52, the cover 54 and the rotor 55, a valve 57 which controls movement of the viscous oil 56, and O-rings 59, 60 as well as two toilet dumper devices 17, 18 to be a cushioning means to relax rotation in the dropping direction of rotary members 11, 12 by regulating the motion of the rotor 55 and a toilet seat 11 and a toilet lid 12 as turning members for the toilet.
