To reduce a burden on a nursing person or the like by not requiring a large human power when a heavy part is also lifted in adjusting the height of a toilet seat of a portable toilet gear.

The toilet has an integrally formed structure consisting of the toilet seat 7, a part washing gear 4, a part washing water tank 5 and a retainer 11 for retaining an evacuation tank 10. The integrally formed structure is liftably supported by right and left legs 12, 12. A jack 13 is provided between the extendable legs 12, 12 for lifting the integrated structure. Using the jack 13 leads no requirement of the large human power for lifting the integrated structure. No extension of the jack 13 outward beyond the legs 12, 12 provides nursing care with no obstacle.
