Title:
TOKEN SELECTOR FOR GAME MACHINE, AND GAME MACHINE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006305151
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reliably detect such an illegal act of inserting a long-length body from a token feeding port.

A rotary shaft 552 is fixed to the housing 551 of a path forming unit. A passing object detector 101 is provided with: a flapper 103 for opening and closing a token path; and a coil spring energizing the flapper 103 in a direction of blocking the token path 61. The flapper 103 which is a thin plate-like body formed integrally with a rotary shaft part provided freely rotatably around the rotary shaft 552, projects in a radial direction from the rotary shaft part, and is extended in the direction of the rotary shaft at its tip side to be formed to be nearly rectangular. Then, when the flapper 103 is rotated by being pressed by the medal M falling down the vertical part 61V of the medal path, an operation piece 109 enters a space between the light-emitting part and a light-receiving part of a photo-interrupter 113 to shield light from the light-emitting part to the light-receiving part to detect the rotation of the flapper 103.
