To provide a toner bottle which is brought into close contact with an electrophotographic device when loaded in it and prevents toner scatter, by improving molding and dimension accuracy of the toner bottle.
The toner bottle 6 is formed by biaxial stretching blow molding. The coaxial degree of a bottle discharge opening 2 is set to 1 mm or less. Projections which serve as positioning portions 11 are formed in three to eight areas of the periphery of a support ring 3 used for biaxial stretching blow molding. The thickness of the support ring 3 is set to about 1 to 3 mm, the outside diameter thereof is set larger than the outside diameter of the bottle discharging opening 2 by 3 mm or more, and a distance from the leading end of the bottle discharging opening 2 to the support ring 3 is set to 10 to 30 mm. The material of the toner bottle 6 is a resin which has a molding contraction of 4/1000 to 6/1000. Also, the toner bottle may be formed in such a manner that a portion including the leading end of the bottle discharging opening 2 to the support ring 3 is injection molded separately from a toner storage portion and the toner storage portion 2 is formed by biaxial stretching blow molding.
