PURPOSE: To provide toner for developing an electrostatic charge image which is excellent in low temperature fixability and blocking resistance, offset resistance in a wide temperature range from low temperature to high temperature and has good rise of charging under the environment of high humbity, and a heat fixing method using the toner.
CONSTITUTION: In toner for developing an electrostatic charge image comprising binding resin and wax, the binding resin contains polyester resin having a soft segment as the main component, and in a DSC curve by a differential scanning calorimeter of wax, concerning the endothermic peak at the time of temperature rise and the exothermic peak at the time of temperature fall, the on set temperature of endothermic ranges from 50 to 110°C, at least one endothermic peak P1 at the time of temperature rise is provided in a region of temperature 70-130°C, and the maximum exothermic peak at the time of temperature fall is provided in a range of the endothermic peak P1±9°C.
