Title:
トナー製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7199994
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a toner crushing method having sharp particle size distribution.SOLUTION: Provided is a toner production method that melt-kneads a mixture containing a binder resin and a coloring agent, cools and roughly crushes the mixture, and pulverizes the mixture by crushing means, in which the crushing means has two powder charging ports 101 for charging the roughly crushed matter into crushing means, a stator 103 having a plurality of projections and recesses on an inner peripheral surface, a rotor 104 which is mounted on a center rotation shaft 107 and has a plurality of projections and recesses on an outer peripheral surface, and only one powder discharge port 106 for discharging the pulverized powder from the crushing means. The stator includes the rotor, the rotor is arranged so that the stator surface and the rotor surface face each other with a predetermined gap, and the pulverization step supplies the roughly crushed matter from the two powder charging ports in parallel, and discharges the roughly crushed matter from the only one powder discharge port through the processing part where the stator and the rotor face each other by riding on an air flow flowing to the powder discharge port from the powder charging port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
