PURPOSE: To enable the captured toner to be surely and automatically recovered by providing a rotator buried with magnets on its inside circumferential surface, an endless belt wound on the rotator and transfer means of quiding the captured toner toward the belt surface.

CONSTITUTION: A rotator 17 comprising nonmagnetic material such as aluminum is provided in the adjacent position on one side of a photosensitive drum 1, and is supported to the drum center shaft 1a. Plural permanent magnets 19 are fixed equally distributively in the circumferential direction on the inside circumferential surface of this rotator 17 and an endless belt 21 comprising nonmagnetic material such as rubber or aluminum foil is wound on the peripheral surface of this rotator 17. This belt 21 is put on the idler 22 and tension roller 23 installed within the frame of the developing device 4. On the other hand, a screw conveyor 24 which transfers out the toner captured by the blade 15 to one direction of a cleaning device 10 is housed in the bottom of the cleaning device 10 and a chute 20 discharging the toner toward the rotator 17 is continuously provided to the discharge end thereof.
